I started off by making a plain sponge and doubling the mixture so that there was enough to fill the giant cupcake mould.
The base was made with Candy Melts, but you can always use chocolate. I have wanted to try this method for a very long time and was so surprised at how easy it was.
The butter cream was a simple vanilla butter cream made pink with edible pink dust. I wanted the cake to have different shades of pink with added bits of other colours.
